Asije is the best. I have been with her for 20 years and I can say that she is the best colorist! I see her every 3 weeks and if for some reason, you can’t make your visit, she will bend over backwards to fit you in or help you out. As the owner, she is so conscientious of taking good care of you. All of the stylists there are amazing and so kind!

My stylist was very nice, but unfortunately did not cut my bangs the way that I asked. I showed her a reference for a cut with shorter bangs in the middle, with a pretty dramatic taper to longer pieces around the middle of the brows. I explicitly pointed out the longer face framing pieces as well, as you can see in the photo below. What I ended up with was more uniformly cut bangs that taper down slightly, but abruptly end at my cheekbone with no additional face framing pieces. My hair was about down to my waist when I came into the salon, so I know there was enough length to have the framing pieces. When I saw it I knew there was nothing we could do to get the length back so I didn’t say anything, but when I got home I realized just how far off it was from what I’d wanted. After looking at it I wound up cutting my own hair to at least blend the ends and shorten the middle portion so the hair isn’t so blunt across my forehead. I understand that there will be some variation in end results since everyone’s hair behaves differently and I’m pretty easygoing about that. But if you look at the picture here I think it’s clear that it’s just not really remotely the same cut or even close to the correct length on the sides. I feel like I got a generic “bangs” cut without considering the reference, if the stylist was unable to do this I wish she would have told me and I would have been happy to get something else! I typically don’t leave anything other than 5 star reviews- I think I’m a little extra disappointed because I haven’t done a lot for myself recently and was looking forward to a nice refresh. All I’m hoping to get out of bringing this to your attention is to maybe improve communication between the staff and clients. Again, the stylist was very friendly and seemed like a nice person! The salon also had a welcoming atmosphere which I appreciated.

My nail tech today was so sweet. Personality was great - it was her first day and it was very obviously she had no idea where anything was or what products to use. My pedicure - polish is on the skin and by the picture you can tell that top coat did not even cover all of the polish. My gel manicure is bumpy and uneven and my cuticles were torn to shreds by the drill. Through the whole appointment she kept having to ask where things were or “what do you guys use for this” I could tell she was new and she was flustered and I did not say anything during the services. Really disappointed
